Junichi Kanemaru provides the Japanese voice for Sonic (and has done so in Japan since Sonic Adventure). He is known for saying English lines in most of the media he appears in.
This video showcases almost every instance of his engrish in all 78 episodes. You also get a little bit of Knuckles' engrish. X3
