On Saturday June 3rd, 2017 SpaceX launched a Falcon 9 rocket carrying a Dragon Capsule en route to the International Space Station as part of the Commercial Resupply program.
This was my first in-person rocket launch. Viewing spot was at Port Canaveral, 13 miles south of Launchpad 39A and 6.4 miles southwest of the SpaceX Landing Pad
