The SpaceX Falcon Heavy can send an impressive payload to orbit. From there the payload could be transferred to the Moon using the super-efficient RL-10 CECE engine. The payload, in this case, is a self-refueling (ISRU) vessel. Could this payload be used as a refuel station by a future crewed mission? Hell yes it can!
This simulation captured in KSP (Kerbal Space Program) 1.2.2
NOTE: Some config changes were done to set boiloff of fuel to be almost zero. Secondly, the speed of refuel was sped up based on a refuel time of 150-200 days (which seems realistic compared to sources that have proposed an ice/hydrolox refueling setup). Provided that an effective way to convert ice to liquid fuel and liquid oxygen can be created, refueling a vessel of this size should certainly be possible within this timeframe.
