How to:
1) Open Opera
2) Go to Tools/Preferences
3) Click on that "Advanced" tab
4) Click on "Browsing" menu
5) In Page icons choose "Show no icons" * this isn't necessary if you have fast speeds
6) History, change addresses to "100"
7) Check Documents : "2 Hours" or "Always"
Check images : "24 Hours" or "Every week"
8) Cookies, "Accept only cookies from sites I visit"
9) Security: Uncheck Fraud protection
10) Network/Server Name completion uncheck both boxes in it
11) Max connections to a server: "8" or "16"
Max total connections : "32"
12) Close the Preferences...
13) Open a new tab, type "opera:config"
14) Search for "expiry"
15) Check Expiry History = 1
Check Expiry Load = 1
16) Bittorrent/Listen Port = 45682
17) Performance/Reduce max persistant connections : UNCHECK
Slow computer tweaks *NOT SLOW INTERNET:
1) Search "Turbo"
2) Uncheck "Turbo Mode"
3) Go to Tools/Appearance
4) Choose Windows Native skin
5) And uncheck "Enable Special Effects"
