Popped over to Robin Hood Airport to see if there was anything going on.
Not much - but decided to take a bit of video as I was there.
Gradually a crowd started to build up.
I had no idea why - until I heard the unusually loud roar of a jet engine and realised there was the Vulcan Bomber running up its engines.
What a stroke of luck.
Unfortunately I was having to shoot through the fence as it lifted off - and into the sun during climb out, so I couldn't see what was framed in the viewfinder.
If I had known, I'd have gone to 02 Threshold to film - but hey-ho!
At least I got this!
