This song has been used for Anakin so many times, but as far as I can see, only in regards to Anakin/Padme and Anakin's fall, whereas I think that it best describes Vader's redemption, and how Luke's love was the catalyst for Anakin's return and his fulfilling his destiny.
It's mostly about Vader and Luke, but Padme features heavily, and there are several glimpses of Leia.
