The way it works: You pay $20 for your stylist to read through your Style Profile and select 5 pieces they think you will love. You schedule the date/week you'd like your Fix to ship and then wait for your box. When you get it you try on everything and decide which pieces you'd like to keep/buy and then you can return the rest back to Stitch Fix. They include a bag with the postage already paid in your box so you can just put the clothes you don't want to buy in it and drop it off at any post office. You only have THREE DAYS to send stuff you don't want back otherwise your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the items.
Also, if you decide to keep all 5 pieces you get a 25% discount on everything. Your $20 styling fee also counts towards your balance if you decide to buy something from your Fix.
