DRN volunteer monitoring training module for volunteer monitors collecting data to watchdog shale gas drilling impacts and collecting baseline data in the Delaware River Basin. This third module takes volunteers through calibrating the meter and performing the conductivity testing procedure using the Lamotte TRACER Meter (Code 1749). Instructions on how to take readings directly from the stream and also streamside from a bucket are included in this training module. This electronic meter records temperature, conductivity, total dissolved solids, and salinity measurements.
