Originally this was going to be a super powers episode based around Superman but I decided to cut it down and keep it simple. The meteor was created in After Effects with a combination of Trapcode Particular, Video Copilots' Element 3D and Optical Flares. The heat vision was created using redgiants trapcode particular.
