This is a video about the first four phases of the UnCarrier plan from T-Mobile and why it's great. Utilizing the most recent phase where T-Mobile will pay up to $350 per device for Early Termination Fees and up to $300 per device that's traded in. The only way I see the other carriers competing is in areas where T-Mobile does not have strong coverage. If T-Mobile has strong coverage in an area I can't really see a reason why T-Mobile wouldn't be the provider of choice.
