This is the same guy who stole my bait box a while back. He was cruising alleys and there were several packages stolen in the area. He checked out one in the alley just south of 56th but seems like he found an already stolen package. Then at about 8:28 in the video, he starts entering other people's yards. If you see this guy keep an eye on him.
