A suggestion on how to power your gimbal if you don't have any soldering equipment or don't want to adapt your existing battery.
The Turnigy 7.4v battery here is tiny and weighs a mere 16 grams but as you can see, it will neatly fit on your gimbal ( I used velcro tape) and leave the main battery free to concentrate on flight power.
Other adaptations to my Tarantula x6 are
Extended legs made from coathangers and electrical tape to strengthen the legs when you land
A cut out at the back of the quad to allow the battery to easily be slid in and out.
Power connector moved to extrude from rear grill of quad so that that you can easily connect / disconnect power ( Why dont these things have switches?)
