Here is how I have been using the TBS RaceTracker and Drone Squad app over the last few weeks.
The key to training on your own is being able to push yourself, having a lap timer allows me to try to beat something - my last lap.
The TBS RaceTracker with Drone Squad app tracks and saves all my laps from all my training sessions, pushing my training to the next level.
