Here's a short video of begla demonstrating the first version of the Oculus VR support in Terasology. We've got full stereoscopic rendering (with lens correction) and head tracking support in place. The results are stunning... But see for yourself! :)
You've got an Oculus Development Kit at home and like to give it a spin? Follow these four simple steps...
1. Install the latest development version of Terasology (links below)
2. Copy the "tera-ovr" and "tera-ovr64" DLLs to the "/natives/windows/" folder in your Terasology root directory (can be found here https://github.com/MovingBlocks/TeraOVR/tree/master/src/cpp/TeraOVR/out)
3. Set "oculusVrSupport" to "true" in your Terasology "config.cfg" file
4. Start a new single player game and hide the HUD elements using the "H" key
