One of my favorite desserts! These coconut macaroons are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.
Recipe (makes about 20 macaroons):
300 g coconut (2 1/2 cups)
2 eggs
120 g sugar (1/2 cup and 2 tbsp)
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp baking powder
