Recipe:
3.5 C. Flour 4 Whole Eggs
3 C. Sugar 2/3 C. Water
1.5 tsp. Salt 16 oz. Pumpkin Puree
2 tsp. Baking Soda 1 C. Vegetable Oil
1/2 tsp. All Spice
2 tsp. Nutmeg
2 tsp. Cinnamon
Directions: Yield: 2 Pumpkin Loaves
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together in one bowl. Then in another bowl or your kitchen aid, mix all of your wet ingredients together. Make sure your wet ingredients are all incorporated. Add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients and mix well. Once everything is all mixed together add pumpkin batter to greased and floured bread pans. Bake for about 60 minutes or until toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
