ULTRA SF4 just came out and not much has changed for Oni as far as this video is concerned. Most everything in this video is still applicable.
Nerfs:
- Lost 50 HP (from 1,000 to 950)
- [THE DAMAGE/STUN IS BACK IN 1.04!] LK Slash does slightly less damage and stun
- MK Stomp lost invulnerable frame on frame 1 :(
Buffs:
- Focus Attack has a "slight" range increase (actually very noticeable)
- F+MK (Stepkick) is 2 frames faster (this makes his KaraThrow and Kara Fireball much better!)
- All Electric Fireballs recover 2 frames faster
- Oni is now able to focus attack dash cancel all of his Shoryukens on block
- EX Slash is 1 frame safer on block (still INCREDIBLY punishable)
