Disclaimer: It took me over an hour of attempts to achieve this. Not only do the infected make random decisions, but David heavily influences how well each encounter will turn out (Sometimes he will 3 hit an enemy and kill them, sometimes a clicker will grab him and provide you with a free melee kill).
I used 2 bricks/bottles, recycled 1 arrow and used a molotov and a bomb on the bloater. The last enemy I kill could've been easily killed via melee however I was unsure if the bloater was still alive; I did not want to risk anything.
