This is a basic video on reasons to jailbreak your idevice. Here's the information I told you I would provide:
1. There is now the app called "Cydia" on your idevice. Go into it.
2. On the bottom row click on "Sources"
3. Click on "edit" in the top right
4. Click on "add" in the top left
5. Type in "cydia.hackulo.us" and it will give you some warning and download it anyway
6. Now you should see "Hackulo.us" in your Sources, click on it
7. Now go down to "Installous 4" and install it and your good
If you want sbsettings
8. Get SBSettings (search it in cydia)
If you want to block ads
9. In cydia Go to manage, sources, add , edit, repo.modyouri.com
10. Now under "sources" you should have "Modyouri.com" go into it and scroll down to "SBAdBlockToggle" and install
11. Go to sbsetting (by swiping right at the top left as I did) and tap on adblocker to turn off adds
