Made in the USA, it features a double braking system, all stainless steel construction, uniquely designed long term use ball bearings that don not require lubrication and it is ANSI and OSHA certified. Primary brake holds the load when the crank is released while the secondary brake has a built-in shock absorbing mechanism.
