Web Components is an upcoming standard that is about to revolutionize web development. Google has started Polymer-project, a polyfill to allow you to start developing web components now. Unfortunately, the tutorial seemed aimed at people on Mac or Linux. This video shows how to get up and running on Windows with Visual Studio 2013.
