On today's episode of the The Return Policy, I'll be doing a mini review on the 8Bitdo NES30 Arcade Stick. After the disappointing latency and performance issues I had while reviewing the SNES30 Gamepad , I was a bit skeptical to give a very similar accessory from the same manufacturer a second chance, and so soon. But why not, and plus I am loving that retro NES design!
Armed with a cool retro paint style and very aggressive pricing (as far as Arcade/Fight sticks go), The NES30 Arcade Stick is very appealing from the get-go. In this mini review I'll be as thorough as can be, including overall design/construction, ease (or difficulty) of set up, and finally playability and latency.
So! Will the NES30 Arcade Stick make up for earlier stumbles in this humble and hopeful reviewer's eyes? Or will there be continued disappointment and further hopes for improvements from designer 8Bitdo?
