Tracey and Sergio Saldivar decided to build their family by adopting two little boys from the foster care system. In 2008, they welcomed brothers David and Daniel and quickly adapted to their new role as parents of two active boys with bike rides, Boy Scout meetings, football games and camping trips. Having each grown up in large families, the Saldivars decided to expand their family again in 2014 and approached DePelchin to adopt another child from the foster care system. Two year-old Jacob joined Tracey, Sergio, David and Daniel shortly thereafter and became a part of their forever family in 2016. The children are thriving in the Saldivar home and have asked that their mom and dad bring them another sibling – maybe even a sister. The Saldivars are excited to be working once again with DePelchin’s foster care adoption team and hope to soon welcome another child, expanding the Saldivar family of five to a family of six!
