I finally got it to work.
READ: You cannot have the grim reapers children anymore. The first patch that was made had changed this.
But you MIGHT be able to go on the sims 3 site and download a person who is a grim reaper or a child of the grim reaper. :)
ALSO, I am going to post a video proving that this is real. I'm posting the video of the baby as an adult, and I will even post the link to my studio on the sims 3 site, where you can download her.
