The Box Project is weer los. Stefan Hogenes van ME Hairdressers zal laten zien of het haalbaar is om onder flinke stress nog steeds een award winning kapsel af te leveren! Of in ieder geval mij niet gewond achterlaten.
We beginnen de dag in de Home Gym om hem helemaal af te breken met de focus op de kniphanden. Dus de biceps en de triceps gaan eraan. Met als afsluiter een intensieve box training.
Daarna sprint Stefan behind the chair om meteen mijn warrige bol in model te knippen.
