Secret #1 : Crystal Skull
North East of the cross roads you will find Yennefers Crystal Skull lying at the side of the road. Follow the path up from the cross roads and take the smaller path to the right using your Witcher sense to pick it up.
Secret #2 : Nilfgaard Bridge
North West of the entrance to the Nilfgaard Garrison jump across the gap in the bridge, turn left and you'll find a chest with some random spawning goods.
Secret #3: Scratched Key
Behind Nilfgaard Garrison. Head through the front gate into the garrison and turn directly left through the door that has a guard infront of it. Head to the right corner of this broken brick building and jump through the hole in the wall. Turn north east and blast ard at the wall above the archway directly ahead. The wall will crumble revealing a hole, jump through it turn right and at the bottom of the platform a dead man will have The Scratched Key and there will be a cargo bag with loot beside him.
Secret #4 : Triple Lake Chests
Big lake north east of White Orchard town, first chest will be under a man fishing near the docks close to the town, further up to find the second chest by some rocks and head north east from here to find the final chest. I found a Diagram for Koviri Cutlass, 32 Orens, 11 Crowns, Earth Elemental Decotion and rare materials.
Secret #5 : Castle Bridge Chest
When you open the bridge check alongside the wooden wall for a chest with a few orens for you to spend!
Secret #6 : Waterfall Chest
Directly under Castle Bridge will be a chest where I found a Lesser Glyph of Igni, to get to this follow the river all the way around under the bridge as the fall is too long to simply jump down.
Secret #7 : Devil By The Well Chests
At the Abandoned Village jump down the well and there will be a chest in the pool of water you land in. Then head through the exit pool and swim through the caverns, the first pool of water will have a chest to the left and as you swim out of the caverns to an open lake a second chest will be lying at the bottom of the lake in these I found master item Cavalry Trousers and 4 Crowns.
Secret #8 : Under Water Treasure Hunt
On the bridge heading into the Mill where the Guarded Treasure is head south in the water where there will be a treasure chest at the bottom of the lake where I found 4 orens, 3 crowns and a Foglet Decotion
Secret #9 : Sand Chest
On the bridge heading into the ransacked village go under it and there will be a chest hiding in the sand. I found 4 crowns and 25 orens inside.
Secret #10 : Battlefield Chests
In the road up from the cross roads you'll find a battlefield, this will be the field you search in if you follow the Missing in Action side quest, check under the tents for chests filled with a few coins. I found in total 5 crown and 3 orens.
Secret #11 and #12 : Out in the Open Chests
The first is beside the cobble bridge that leads into White Orchard and the second is along the beaches south east of this chest under a straw roof and near a broken boat. I found 6 orens, crafting goods and a pearl inside.
Secret #14 : Off Map Chest
South of the Ransacked village you'll find a chest hiding behind a rock off map. You'll have to swim and quickly mash the loot button the moment you reach the chest as you'll have limited time to loot. I found materials, a diagram for Skellige gambeson and a forumula for Quebrith.
BONUS CHEST FOR READING:
In the field north-east of Tomiras hut you'll find a chest filled with very useful decoctions and diagrams.
