I just got this great ice/heat pack from TheraPAQ. It works great and you can use it for both heat and cold therapy. For cold therapy just put it in the freezer. It has gel on the inside of the pack that freezes and provides a great ice pack. For heat you can warm it in boiling water or microwave it. It has straps so you can velcro it around the area you are using it on. I love this for menstrual cramps. I will heat it up in the microwave, strap it around my mid section and it's a great way to ease cramps. However, it works for any area. I just used it yesterday for a sinus ache, I had a clogged sinus and it was causing pressure making my teeth ache. I used the heat to ease some of the pain. It worked really well.
