A challenging area to clear and free a few people held hostage. The ex-military in the building are heavily armed and well defended with armor, so sneak attacks are a must.
Pavle, being the fastest runner in the game, makes for getting to hideaways significantly easier.
This area I believe is significantly harder than the Military Base.
