As a 21st Birthday treat to myself, I booked a flying lesson in a 1930's De Haviland Tiger Moth - something I have always wanted to do.
I flew 35 of the 40 minute lesson and was introduced to the rudder after about 10 minutes, interesting to get a feel for using the rudder and how that makes for more efficient turns.
Just a couple of short clips of take off and landing, a DVD of the on board footage is being sent to me - hopefully I shall be able to upload some snippets from that.
A fantastic experience and a huge thrill.
