Cold front passage, always combined with some mean convection that gets triggered from the temperature switch, as it was quite warm earlier.
At 00:48 you can see a small 'field' of Mammatus moving by. There's even some precipation visible that doesn't seem to hit the ground. Then there isn't much to say than just watch it till the end. I saw the Moon pop by when I wanted to actually close the timelapse but figured, ah it's in the field of view and giving a funny effect.
