If you want to toast an ESC in under a minute, I highly recommend running full throttle around a track. Each lap was about 15 seconds, which means the quad was running at about 60mph at 7000ft above sea level. It also had a Runcam 2 strapped on, so at sea level and without the camera you can expect faster speeds.
