Glendale Mayor Jerry Weiers drives a tractor from City Hall to Sahuaro Ranch Park to showcase the park’s 25th annual winter antique tractor show in his new edition of the TV show “Glendale Today”. Mayor Weiers talks to Larry Rovey, a longtime Glendale farmer and tractor collector, about the city’s partnership with the Arizona Early Day Gas Engine & Antique Tractor Association. Besides showcasing all the many tractor events at the show, including tractor pulls, a plowing demonstration, a tractor parade and hundreds of small antique engines, the Mayor discusses how the partnership came to be and what the group has done for fundraising and upkeep to the park.
