This is a video of a Trex 250 SE I am trying to sort out for a friend.
The gyro kicks back and forth and the cyclic servos move of their own accord. In the vid you will hear the head speed drop and then climb. It did this as a result of the massive cyclic throw stalling out the motor.
GP 780 gyro, Inolab D261HB, HS55 cyclic, Align motor and ESC.
