Triglav National Park Discovery
A day to remember…
The National Park Discovery Tour provides an entire day packed with
exploration. We start at the Zelenci Springs distinctive green waters, before
going to Lake Jasna, and following a steep, winding road up to the 1611m
high Vršič Pass; the highest mountain pass in Slovenia.
After this we drink fresh mountain water directly from the stream in Trenta,
which is the source of the Soča River, before lunch in the cute town of Bovec.
In the afternoon there’s the optional chance to stop for rafting, an opportunity
to jump from a 12m bridge into the beautiful emerald green waters of the Soča
River before boarding a car train all the way to Bohinj to enjoy the end of the
day at Slovenia’s largest lake.
This packed twelve hour tour gives you one of the closest introductions to
Triglav National Park available.
