UPDATE - fixed it by adding dampening spacers under the flight controller, called rubber bobbins.

Got a weird glitching / twitching behavior in this new build. When I throttle up beyond a certain throttle-level, the quad starts twitching. This happens in Angle mode as well as in Rate mode, however the motors spin up normally when I do so from the motors tab in Betaflight.
Get this: this exact setup was previously on another frame and I didn't have any these issues with that frame. What's going on? Maybe the sturdiness of this frame is transferring more noise to the flight controller and it's freaking out?
