So this was my first ever CL Racing F4S FC that I got and built it all up and got super excited and got out ready to fly... Then when I arm the quad, Noise. DIAGONAL LINES!?!?! argh!! decided let's see if I can still fly this and I could but the video kept on breaking up whenever I would throttle.
No problem. Installed a 1000uf low esc capacitor AND a LC Filter. I have the LC Filter & the capacitor connected directly to into the battery leads. I then have both the camera AND vtx being powered off the LC Filter. I armed the quad and STILL the diagonal lines but now, when I throttle, my OSD is holding and the picture doesn't go wonky anymore.
Fast forward to about 2.5 weeks later and I've only flown the quad about 3 times because I just can't handle the lines because my other 3"er doesn't have them so I fly that all the time. I decided to build the exact same quad with the exact same components again with another CL Racing F4s Chip that I had. I connected everything the exact same way and guess what.... NO DIAGONAL LINES!!
It's gotta be the FC. I think something is messed up with the onboard power filtering to the signal because my new build with the exact same components doesn't have this issue AND i've already tried replacing the Camera, the VTX, and the antenna connected to the VTX. Please help!
