This video shows Constable Ford shouting abuse to a business owner who called 999 to report threats of assault and the officer refused to take a statement and then went on to 'de crime' a theft as Civil. Then, when the business owner challenged this, was told he was a [fucking] idiot!
Notice how PC Ford is mingling with the thieves who threatened me.
