Any way, I'm VERY disappointed with Nitroplane's customer service and the product they deliver.
So far, it's 2for 2 orders that came in damaged and/or poor workmanship.
We know the drill, YOU pay for shipping it back for something YOU didn't cause AND wait another week or two and "hope" you get better quality product.
My wife's Sonic glider arrived in same shipment with broken-off rudder...
Useless trying to contact Nitroplanes, no answer, get hung-up on or too busy with high volume of calls immediately after they open for business for that day...can you say "bananahobby"?
Sure starting to sound like them to me.
