UNFRIENDED- Why you keep losing friends!!!
When you come to a fork in the road as a leader, you're probably going to choose the path less traveled, because you see the destination others aren't willing to work for. And when that choice is boldly made, your rough (but totally worth it) path is going to separate gradually from the beaten road the masses are traveling. It'll lead you places others aren't willing to go. Naturally, you'll see a separation from the people that don't have what it takes to hang with you!
Be aware that you WILL sacrifice some relationships as a leader, but you WILL also gain so many more along the way. And the ones you gain will be the ones you wished you had all along!!!
Be encouraged. Leaders are different. Stay on that path.
