San Francisco Fleet Week 2010, California, September 9th.

This was a planned maneuver for an air show. The airplane was well clear of the Golden Gate Bridge.
It was not dangerous. The low pass was performed 4 times, once per day, on recon, practice, and airshow days.
Identical flying with this plane type has been performed several hundreds of thousands of times in the past, namely on approach to Kai Tak airport.
