Instructions for sn0wbreeze + iTouch by BBH:
1) Download sn0wbreeze 2.2.1 + IPSW restore 4.2.1 (Dashhacks)
2) Extract sn0wbreeze
3) Run Sn0wbreeze
4) Follow instructions + click next
5) Browse for the OFFICIAL IPSW 4.2.1 2G you downloaded
6) Let sn0wbreeze verify it
7) Click next and let it create the sn0wbreeze version of the IPSW
8) Once creation is done, follow the steps to turn off your ipod
9) hold power + home for 10 seconds
10) release power + hold home for 15 seconds
11) Let sn0wbreeze exploit your iTouch to PWNED DFU mode
12) Once all is done, close sn0wbreeze
13) Open iTunes 10 (Assuming you have iTunes 10)
14) Your ipod should show as in restore mode
15) Shift + Restore and search for the sn0wbreeze IPSW
16) Select it, and let it restore your iPod Touch 2G 4.2.1
17) Turn on your iPod after all its restored and use Cydia
18) Let it update, and enjoy!
19) - OPTIONAL: In the download for sn0wbreeze there is a backup exe, which is compatible with all Windows OS's as well as MAC, if you would like to use it, make hidden files/folders viewable, then run that EXE if the first one does not work!
