Tools I use while making lightweight foam airplane fuselages and wings. My goal is to scratch build very lightweight foam aircraft models for RC that will fly at a walking speed. That requires very low wing loading. I use a build-over plug, or profile jig to build the fuselage and this video shows how to form foam rings and fuselage skin panels.
