SPOILER ALERT - If you do not want to spoil the ending, stop watching the video at 2:10.
In order to complete the accelerator, your must first obtain the final component needed which is the glow-goo which you get after finishing the Mines Level. The video is simple enough to follow, yet for the uninitiated - I will outline my steps:
Before you start make sure you have the Insta-Fluro nozzle upgrade. The one where you can just shoot out fluros from your nozzle with a short 2-second charge.
1. Drop one seed on top of the glow-goo source. The location need not be super-precise but I found out that the best location to place it is just to the left of the ladder as shown in the video.
2. Open the latch of the right side top chamber where you will need to trap a red dark-energy Fluro.
3. Drop another seed on top of the blue liquid source. The best location is just a bit to the right of the ladder.
4. Step on the red liquid switch then animate a dark-energy Fluro. Get out of his path as he will be running towards where there is least light.
5. Chase him with the glow-goo liquid as he makes his way to the top and trap him on the top right chamber.
6. THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT STEP: Select water as your ammo then the Operator Fluro type as your seed and change your nozzle-type to the Instant Fluro Maker.
Make your way from the glow-goo switch to the blue liquid switch creating four Operator fluros as outlined in the video. You must do this fast and without fail.
7. Make your way to the Accelerator switch as fast as you can and initiate it without wasting a second. Get inside the accelerator.
8. While inside, the amount of light created inside the accelerator will increase due to the vapors and the red dark-energy fluro will die causing him to drip inside the accelerator. Spray blue liquid using standard nozzle to create the reactant needed to initiate the chain reaction.
9. Enjoy the light show.
