I took Victor on as a Pro Bono case a few months ago. Victor Sandoval has Spastic Cerebral Palsy that has him in a wheelchair since he was 12. Now 26 he has the dream of leaving the wheelchair behind and walking someday. What seems to be an impossible case to many, we just take it day by day...step by step.
