This is a video of the Vumber virtual phone number service. I have been unable to change my greeting for over a year because the system does not work as described. They insist it works on their end. I've tried it on more than one phone, and I get the same result. Upon selecting option 3 for advanced options it immediately plays old voicemails. I have no way to change my greeting, and the Vumber team will not acknowledge there is a flaw.
