My 5th sleep study, to try and figure out if there could be any physical factors causing my night terrors.
Basically, all we found out from this study is that I don't have sleep apnea (already knew that), I'm not having seizures at night (we weren't sure about that), and I wake up 17-25 times a night (based on the cumulative average from 5 studies). Go me.
I still don't have any answers on how to stop my night terrors, but someday I hope I do!
