I do not follow recipes from websites exactly. If I don't have a certain ingredient I will substitute or omit. I encourage you to play around with them. If you have any questions, let me know :)
Baked Beans
2lbs navy beans
1lg onion
1/3-1/2 c. maple syrup
1/3c ketchup
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2T mustard
Water (just to cover)
Mix. Cook on high 5-6hrs (stir every couple of hours)

Broccoli Bake

Vegan Honey Mustard Sauce (Maple Mustard)
Basically, you mix 1 part dijon mustard & 2 parts maple syrup

Refried Beans
Water saute 1 onion (chopped)
Add 5 cloves garlic (minced)
2.5t cumin
2t paprika
1.5t salt
1/2 t chili pwdr
1/2 t black pepper
4c cooked pinto beans (can use canned)
water (you'll have to play around with how much you like)
Stir and simmer 10-20 min.
Puree with immersion blender or mash (depending on how smooth you like it)

Overnight Oats
Per pint jar:
1/2 banana
1/4c almond milk
1/2c water
(mix in a blender)
1/2c oats
1T chia seeds
1/2T maple syrup
Stir, place toppings in jar, cover, and put in fridge overnight!
Sometimes, I'll add granola to the top in the morning.
