Can't believe it's five years ago since I was Mister International - the start of my journey in fitness modelling and competing. This is a video and interview that was made back in 2011, while I was still the reigning Mister International title holder. You can see what kind of shape I was in back then at the tender age of 22 - hopefully you can see the difference now! Still very proud of this, as it was my first major achievement on the international stage. It also got me my sponsorship with USN, which was the start of another fantastic journey for me.
