In episode 18 of Boruto we will end up seeing Himawari unlock the byakugan and in this video I bring up the question, why doesn't Himawari have Boruto eye dojutsu which is supposedly called the Jougan or the Jōgan. In this video I give some reasons why I believe that is the case. I also believe that because of her extra chakra that she will be getting from Naruto, her byakugan may be on the same level as kaguya, Momoshiki, and Kinshiki Otsutsuki. Himawari may even have a variation of Kamui that would allow her to open different portals to other dimensions. Hopefully we get more information in the near future.
