What happens when you combine repetition, heavy weights and speed?
In my experience, when doing the CrossFit the answer is that eventually old injuries will resurface. Another common occurrence is that you will inevitably get injured due to bad form. Doing a high number of repetitions with heavy weights and at high speed will result in a sacrifice on form. You will end up doing more harm than good to your body in the long run.
